Scout troop praised for its work in the community.
Members of 1st Honiton Scouts travelled to Westminster to celebrate the success of the group’s community week last year.
The scouts joined local MP Neil Parish and other scout groups from across the UK at the event, which was in recognition of their contribution to the community.
Mr Parish said: “I was delighted to attend the event and meet 1st Honiton Scouts to say a big thank you for taking part in scout community week last year.
“There were some hugely inspiring projects and young people who attended and look forward to seeing an even bigger and better scout community week in June this year.”
1st Honiton Scouts will be taking part in another community week from June 3 until 9.
