The RAF Falcons parachute display team will also drop in during this summer’s lifeboat week
The Red Arrows and the RAF’s crack parachute display team, the Falcons, have again agreed to take part in Lyme Regis Lifeboat Week.
The Red Arrows will be coming on Monday, July 20, and the Falcons will be dropping in on Friday, July 24.
Acting chairman of the Lyme Regis and Charmouth RNLI Guild – organisers of Lifeboat Week – Irene Roper said: “We are absolutely delighted. We don’t know yet what time they will be arriving, but we will announce this as soon as we can.”
Lifeboat Week, which raised some £30,000 for the RNLI charity last year, will run from July 18 to 25.
