Queen’s Jubilee Medals worn by Lyme RNLI team for the first time at Remembrance Day parade
Members of Lyme Regis Lifeboat crew joined the town’s Remembrance Day parade yesterday (Sunday) proudly wearing their new Jubilee Medals.
Twenty-four of the commemorative awards have been presented to long serving members of the resort’s RNLI team.
The Queen’s Jubilee Medal is awarded to emergency services personnel – including volunteers – who have completed at least five years service. Photo by Richard Horobin.
