Pupils at Honiton Primary School celebrate re-launch of their new library.
It was the start of a new chapter for pupils at Honiton Primary School when they celebrated the re-launch of their new library.
The improved facility at the school was opened by the town mayor, Councillor David Foster, last Thursday, and boasts a range of new books, which will help support the accelerated reader scheme. Children in years five and six will take responsibility for the library at lunch times after applying and being interviewed for the posts. Seven-year-old Megan Fowler was impressed by the new facility and said: “Walking into the library is like walking into a story.”
