RNLI crewmen deployed after child drifts offshore in an inflatable.
Lyme Regis RNLI crewmen were scrambled to rescue a child who had drifted offshore in an inflatable.
The incident occurred yesterday (Wednesday) at approximately 1.50pm.
The lifeboat was released a short while later as the RNLI lifeguard was on scene and able to resolve the situation.
