Exhibits at resort’s annual show are well up to scratch, despite the summer dry spell
THE summer dry spell failed to blight entries at Seaton and District Show on Saturday.
Judges agreed the vegetables were well up to standard, despite the lack of rain, while the floral exhibits were “exceptional”.
There was a good entry throughout the competition classes and a large number of visitors went along to see the show at Seaton Town Hall.
Most of the trophies in the vegetable and flower classes were won by Titch Hammett and John Anning.
