Wounded soldiers’ charity remains the target for clay pigeon shoot
HIRED guns from Hawkchurch are helping Britain’s troops.
The village’s clay pigeon shooting business is making a donation from every booking this month to Help For Heroes.
Wyld Court Clays has already donated �250 to the charity when they staged a “guns for good” day in January.
Sarah Grimshaw who runs the business with husband Julian, said: “The shoot was so successful we decided to carry on raising money.
“For every person that makes a booking through to the end of March, �2 will go to Help for Heroes.
“We would also like to do the same for other charities over the next year.”
The shoot is based in the beautiful grounds of Wyld Court – an Elizabethan manor house.

Julian is the instructor and Sarah handles the business side.
They aim is to give everyone a memorable and fun experience of clay pigeon shooting, whether a beginner or experienced. They stress there is no need to hold a gun licence and gun hire is available at �5 per session.
