Missing puppy, Doodle, has been reunited with his family after he went missing from his home in Chardstock last month.
A MISSING puppy from Chardstock has been reunited with his family after he was found dumped in a car park.
Doodle, the Jack Russell, was reunited with his owners on Christmas Eve, after he was found by a woman outside The Rose and Crown pub in Martock on December 13.
After the puppy was found he was taken to The Kingfisher Veterinary Surgery for a check-up, where a vet telephoned the family after receiving one of the missing posters.
Doodle’s owner Deanne Lord said: “He was filthy dirty, smelling of diesel and thin when he was found.”
“Luckily the kind lady and her husband looked after him well.
“What a perfect Christmas present for us all, especially the children.”
