AN EAST Devon man has appeared in court on seven charges of possessing indecent images of children.
AN EAST Devon man has appeared in court on seven charges of possessing indecent images of children.
Joseph McColghan, 68, of Rolle Road in Exmouth, is accused of having the images, described as category two movie files, between February 16 and March 19. He is also alleged to have failed to comply with the notification terms set out under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 - namely travelling abroad for more than three days.
He is due to return to Central Devon Magistrates' Court later in the month.
