A HONITON man has been ordered to pay �150 costs after he was found in possession of around �9.50 worth of a Class B drug.
A HONITON man has been ordered to pay �150 costs after he was found in possession of around �9.50 worth of a Class B drug.
Jason Joslin, of Phillips Square, pleaded guilty to possessing amphetamine in October of last year.
Central Devon Magistrates' Court heard the 37-year-old father had the drug for personal use.
Joslin, who has split from the mother of his child, is currently unemployed and receives Jobseeker's Allowance.
The court also ordered the seizure and forfeiture of the drugs.
