A HONITON man has denied assaulting a woman in Exmouth.
Jonathan William Fogg, 30, appeared at Central Devon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, January 20, over an alleged incident on December 29 of last year.
He is expected to return to court on February 17 for a pre-trial review. He was released on bail on the condition he wears an electronic tag, does not enter Exmouth, and does not contact the alleged victim and witness.
The court heard how Fogg, who is living with family in Langford Avenue, Honiton, breached his bail conditions on two previous occasions.
