A HOMELESS Honiton woman says she has been left without vital prescription drugs, because she has been struck off the register at Honiton Surgery.
The woman, who is in her 30s and whom the Herald has chosen not to name, has been deemed a risk to staff.
"I have been put on the violent behaviour patient list and cannot get prescriptions," she said.
"I have been trying to get a prescription for Valium and codeine. I can't get that, but I'm still being sent letters for a smear test."
A spokesman for NHS Devon said: "We take the safety of our staff, patients and service users very seriously."
The spokesman said those deemed a risk can still access NHS services - at clinics with extra security.
The woman is asked to call (01392) 356000.
