A WOMAN has been airlifted by a Royal Navy Sea King helicopter, which happened to passing over Axminster today.
The woman, in her 40s, had been trapped in her Vauxhall Astra when it overturned following a single vehicle collision, in Musbury Road.
The helicopter crew, who had been on an exercise, took the woman to hospital in Yeovil. Police said her injuries were not believed to be serious.
