A DRIVER who has been parking a recovery vehicle on a housing estate in Honiton is to be spoken to by police following a complaint that he has urinated in the street.
A DRIVER who has been parking a recovery vehicle on a housing estate in Honiton is to be spoken to by police following a complaint that he has urinated in the street. The matter was brought to the attention of Honiton Town Council and Pc Ian Atyeo at a meeting on Monday night. Councillor Peter Corke said a resident's complaint to the recovery company had been met with verbal abuse.
Pc Atyeo replied: "I tend not to get that trouble.
