A VILLAGE celebrated the opening of a new �3 million primary school with a procession through the streets.Pupils from St Andrew's Primary School, in Chardstock, led the procession. The children were lead by the school's head, Morag Kingsbury, and the Reverend Judith Roberts.Chairman of the school's governors Dorothy Williamson said: "The opening of the new school is absolutely brilliant. We are really pleased with it. It's everything we wanted it to be.
