HONITON Town Council welcomed East Devon District Council's decision to sign a memorandum of understanding, confirming its support for the town's proposed community centre complex. Councillor Michael Teare, speaking at Honiton Town Council's annual meeting, said: "With East Devon District Council's support we can now take this through to the next stage - the actual construction of the complex.
