Axhayes Cats Protection are seeking a new home for Midnight, a 12-year-old black longhaired female.
Midnight is a very independent cat who loves to wander around outside exploring her territory, especially in the summer months. In the winter she prefers to sleep by the fire. She will sit on your lap and enjoy attention at times, but but this has to be on her own terms. Her new owners will have to understand this, and give her the space she needs.
The ideal new home for Midnight will be in a safe area without other cats around, and she would be best suited to an adult-only home with no other pets.
Meanwhile, work is continuing on Axhayes’ new centre, which will have the latest facilities for cats, staff and visitors. This includes an ‘enrichment garden’ where staff and voluntteers can relax, and the cats will be able to see the nature and wildlife from their pens. The centre is due to open next year.
