A one-stop shop for residents wanting advice on safety and crime prevention is taking place in Seaton on Saturday, April 1.
It’s being organised by officers from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team and will also involve town and county councillors and representatives from environmental health, Citizens Advice, Trading Standards and other organisations.
Neighbourhood Beat Manager for Seaton and event organiser PC Sam Parfett said: "Perhaps you're concerned about becoming the victim of doorstep crime or online scams, are worried about fly-tipping or want to get some advice around property marking, or simply want to have a chat to your local policing team about something that's concerning you.
“If it's enough to concern you, we want to know about it. Please share this event far and wide and I really look forward to meeting you on the day".
The roadshow will take place at the Marshlands Centre, Harbour Road, Seaton from 10am until 2pm. If it is successful there will be similar events in Honiton, Sidmouth and Axminster over the coming months.
