Royal British Legion, Axminster Branch has been recognised as the 2022/23 best small RBL branch in the UK.
To qualify for the award, the group has to have fewer than 50 members. Axminster Branch, not only received a Devon County Award, ‘The Crediton Cup’ but also a National Award the RBL ‘Lister Cup’. The branch received both these awards for its support to its members and its involvement in the near and greater Community.
The RBL National Conference was this year held in May at Torquay at which our branch County Conference Representative and Vice Chairman, Chief Petty Officer Jo Ashkettle received the National award on our behalf, from the RBL County President Rear Admiral Chris Snow.
