Plans have AGAIN emerged to demolish The Beacon Vaults Pub in Exmouth and turn it into a townhouse.

A fresh application was submitted on Monday (September 4), to build 'three single three-storey Georgian style Townhouse, redevelopment of site, change of use to residential and demolition of The Beacon Vaults'.

The last planning application was submitted last November, and withdrawn again in March this year.
