The Big Colyton Art Show will take place on Saturday, October 14 and Sunday 15 at Colyton Grammar School.
The event is organised by the Colyton Grammar School Parents’ Association and is an important fundraiser for the school.
It will feature work by around 40 talented artists from around the South West and includes paintings in all media as well as printmaking, photography, ceramics, textiles and woodwork. All the exhibited items are for sale, either at the show or via its website.
The show's patron is East Devon based artist Phil Creek.
There will be an art draw with the chance to win small pieces donated by the artists, plus a luxury hamper. Prints, cards, ceramics, textiles, jewellery and rare books will be available for sale. A cafe will be serving locally produced cakes, hot drinks and a choice of soups.
The show will be open from 10 am until 5pm on October 14, and from 10 am until 3pm on the 15th.
