Colyton Primary Academy has hosted the grand opening of their new climbing frame this week.
The new frame, which has been installed for children to enjoy for years to come was funded by donations from local organisations including Andy, Steve and Henry from the Grizzly 2024 Team and Seaton and District Lions Club as well as others. Grants and fundraising by the school's Parents, Teachers and Friends Association, (PTFA) were also provided to cover the cost.
The grand opening was led by the new town crier. The head teacher Mrs Mills cut the ribbon.
Colyton Primary School is a small school Colyton which aims to serve the community by providing a broad and enjoyable curriculum for the children in their care.
Situated in the heart of the town the Colyton. The school is still housed in the original 1874 buildings.
