The Cards for Good Causes team has been coming to Axminster for well over 20 years and once again it is offering the chance to find cards from more than 30 favourite charities, all under one roof.
This year there is a new guest charity, Marie Curie Cancer Care, in addition to the wide range of cards for other local and national charities in a variety of designs. These include traditional cards, contemporary designs and cards to make you smile.
There is also be a selection of traditional Advent calendars, wrapping paper, gift tags, candles and other Christmas goods on sale.
Opening hours are:
9.30am – 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
10.30am – 4pm on Tuesday and Friday.
* Cards for Good Causes Limited (CfGC) pays the participating charities, or their trading subsidiaries, at least 70p in every £1 from their card sales, less the VAT payable on the amount retained by CfGC to cover the cost of running the temporary charity Christmas card shops. In addition to these costs, the participating charities have to pay for the production and distribution of their cards.
Look out for the red triangular Santa sign outside the Minster.
