Falklands trip and fund-raising.
I have been truly overwhelmed with the messages of encouragement and good luck for my up-coming trip to the Falklands with the Baton.
Through the Midweek Herald, which itself has given invaluable support, I would like to thank everyone concerned, especially my customers for raising a great deal of money in a short space of time that will go to many of the smaller military charities who are achieving so much but don’t enjoy the high profile that some of the larger organisations have.
