Cold weather to blame.
After a run of particularly harsh winters, and with more cold weather on the way, East Devon businessman Allan Bright has decided not to arrange a Christmas lights display this year.
Thousands of pounds have been raised for charity over the years at Mr Bright’s Cotleigh sawmills, which have been transformed into a winter wonderland for local families to enjoy.
