POLICE are appealing for information after an antique was stolen from a Honiton shop.
POLICE are appealing for information after an antique was stolen from a Honiton shop. A mahogany Sheraton-style, shell- shaped top barometer was stolen sometime between Wednesday, March 11, and Saturday, March 14, from Merchant House Antiques. A police spokesman said: "This barometer is worth a lot of money and its location is sought." If anyone has seen the item or saw anyone acting suspiciously around the shop between these dates, contact Honiton police on 08452 777444, quoting crime reference number KH/09/253.
