Police are appealing for information to trace a man who has been recalled to prison.
Police are appealing for information to help trace a wanted man who has links to the Devon area.
Lee Smith, 29, is wanted by police in connection with a recall to prison.
Smith is described as a white man, 1.96m tall, thin build, hazel eyes, with short dark brown hair, clean shaven and with a north east accent.
He has a number of tattoo’s including the grim reaper on his right arm.
