THE former Longmead Ceramics premises in Axminster have been sold - and could bring jobs and investment to the town.Arada Ltd and JSB Properties Ltd bought the site at Weycroft Avenue on the Millwey Industrial Estate for extra stove production.The site, which is just a short distance from Arada's Villager Stoves production facility, had been put up for sale by Alder King, acting for Longmead's liquidators Price Waterhouse Coopers.John Burgis, owner of Arada, said: "I am delighted with the new facility as it offers scope for the expansion of our stove manufacturing business.
