A SEATON councillor is to be nominated for a top green award.

A SEATON councillor is to be nominated for a top green award.Councillor Claire Wise has been proposed for the South West Green Energy Awards 2008 by Seaton Town Council, following its meeting on Monday, September 15.She has been entered for the South West Sustainable Energy Champion category, in recognition of her efforts to promote environmental initiatives.The awards will be made by a panel of independent judges, including experts in sustainability, business innovation, community projects and local authorities, and will be presented at a gala dinner on Tuesday, November 25, at the Bristol city centre Marriot hotel, and are made by Regen SW.
