Quiz ends first meeting of the year.
MEMBERS of Awliscombe WI ended their first meeting of 2011 with a music reminiscence quiz.
Winners were Christine Massey, Jill Leonard, Rita Tyers, Maureen Peasy and Margaret Dymond.
Guest speakers were Heather Penwarden and Min Rennolds, of Honiton Memory Cafe.
Annual cups were awarded by the president, Olive, to Irene Maynard, for flower of the month, and May Martin and Julie Reece for most points in the monthly competitions.
