Weycroft bridge closure
POLICE are warning motorists to avoid the A358 Axminster to Chard road for the next two Sundays while Weycroft bridge is closed for resurfacing.
They say despite diversion signs the first closure this Sunday led to traffic problems in the area.
Now they are reminding motorists the bridge will be closed again on Sunday, October 24, and 31 from 7am to 7pm. Drivers will be rerouted via Taunton Cross and the A303.
