Special council meeting called to debate plans for 400 homes at Cloakham
CONTROVERSIAL plans to build 400 homes at Cloakham Lawns, in Axminster, will be the subject of a special town council meeting on Wednesday night.
Members, who oppose the development, have been called to discuss the application “in the light of notified changes in the timetable for scrutiny of responses to the local development framework and to consider what action, if any, needs to be taken at this time”.
The meeting takes place in the Guildhall, at 7.15pm, and is open to the public.
