REPRESENTATIVES from East Devon District Council and one of the UK's leading housing associations visited Axminster on Monday.
EDDC's portfolio holder for communities, Councillor Jill Elson, and the senior development manager at Sanctuary Shaftesbury Housing Association, Vernea Womerseley, attended the site of a new affordable housing development at Bonners Glenn. A partnership will deliver 12 new affordable homes at the site with the help of a government grant.
