Swimming tots dress as pirates to raise money for Tommy’s, the baby charity
Water Babies at Axminster were busy making a splash for Tommy’s, the baby charity, last week.
Led by swimming coach Zoe King, they were amongst some 900 local infants bidding to raise some £15,000 for the fund by attending lessons in pirate fancy dress.
Rowan Bradfor and Lee Perkins have been running Water Babies classes across Devon and Somerset since 2011.
Rowan said: “We are really pleased to be supporting a charity that is so close to our hearts. We have many parents that swim with us who have been given tremendous support by Tommy’s during their pregnancies.”
