AXMINSTER Operatic Society is holding auditions for its forthcoming production of Show Boat, on Sunday, May 23.
AXMINSTER Operatic Society is holding auditions for its forthcoming production of Show Boat, on Sunday, May 23.
Auditions will be held in The Churchill Rooms, at The Guildhall, in Axminster, at 3pm.
The first rehearsal will be held in Axminster Conservative Club on Monday, May 24, at 7.30 pm. New members are welcome to join.
Those interested can take part in a pre-audition evening to go through the musical numbers on Monday, May 17,,, at 7.30pm, at the Conservative Club.
The show includes well known songs such as 'Ol'Man River', 'Only Make Believe', 'Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man' and 'Bill'.
The production will be directed by Nick Lawrence, with Rob Preece as musical director.
