Axmouth bids farewell to long serving councillors

Councillors Dunford and Hall step down from Axmouth Parish Council.

AXMOUTH Parish Council bid a fond farewell to two of its long serving councillors.

Councillors Bernard Dunford and Dennis Hall have stepped down after deciding not to stand again in the recent local elections.

They were thanked for their tireless work by chairman Councillor Carol Rapley, who presented Councillor Hall with an engraved crystal decanter and bottle of wine and Councillor Dunford with a bottle of champagne and crystal champagne flutes.
