A BABY girl was taken to hospital by air ambulance, following a road traffic accident in Axminster.

A BABY girl was taken to hospital by air ambulance, following a road traffic accident in Axminster.The child, involved in an accident at Raymonds Hill at around 4.45pm last Wednesday (June 18), is believed to have suffered only minor injuries.Two vehicles, a green Ford Fusion and a blue Ford Focus, were involved in the collision.One of the drivers has been reported as driving without due care and attention. The road was temporarily closed off, but cleared by 7pm. Anyone with information should call the police on 0845 2 777 444, or quoting reference 697180608.
