PLANS to return a High Street building to a café have won the support of Honiton Town Council.

PLANS to return a High Street building to a café have won the support of Honiton Town Council.

Members of the council's planning committee last week voted to recommend James Yarrow's plan for approval.

He is seeking to change the use of Yarrow Antiques, at 155 High Street.

The shop was formerly the famous Hillside Espresso café, popular with young people.
