WITH reference to plans for Honiton Community Centre... I am a member of a popular choral group and we have difficulty finding economic performance venues, which will seat more than 250 people.

It is good to see that the hall will be able to accommodate 300 people, but will there be a stage area capable of seating say, 100 performers ?

If it is not too late, it would pay dividends to enlarge the performance area as far as possible - It can always be sub-divided.

A more optimistic approach would be an asset to the community on both cultural and economic levels.

Please make it as big as possible and do not lose sight of the need for economical parking.
