INDISCRIMINATE parking in residential areas of Honiton is causing problems for the elderly and disabled.Drivers are parking cars in front of dropped kerbs and preventing access for pedestrians. One fed up, disabled man called the Herald last Friday to say: "There's no consideration for disabled people, old age pensioners or anybody."It's happening right across Honiton and it's the inconsiderate who are to blame."The man, who asked not to be named, is also concerned about A-boards being placed on pavements in High Street. He said an area at the top end of the town was virtually impassable to pedestrians one day last week."I'd like to ask shopkeepers to keep advertising signs to their own premises," he said.
