The Friends of the Beehive continue to raise funds towards the new community centre in Honiton.

Beehive supporters were out in force and raised more than £15,000 this year towards the centre.

On Saturday fund-raisers were selling books, bric-a-brac, cakes and draw tickets outside St Paul’s Church, which raised £220.

The Friends of the Beehive charity will be out again on Charter Day and have more events planned throughout the year.
