Motorcycle enthusiasts present a £400 cheque to the local RNLI team

Twenty motorcycle enthusiasts rode into Lyme Regis on Sunday bearing gifts.

After parking up their treasured machines they presented the local RNLI volunteers with a cheque for £410 for the life-saving charity.

The riders are members of the Bath Classic Motorcycle Club and support a number of lifeboat crews in the south west, including Lyme Regis.

The oldest machine making the journey to the Dorset coast was a 1955 Triumph and the newest was a 2016 Yamaha.
