THERE was a full house at Honiton Youth Centre on Monday night when the 7 to 9 Club, for people with learning disabilities, unveiled its new electronic bingo machine.Cash towards the machine was granted by Honiton Town Council and Councillor Dianne Morgan was on hand to see it used for the first time.The club attracts up to 75 people a week.
