FORMER mayoress of Honiton Jose Shepherd has been presented with a prestigious award by the Bishop of Exeter - for her voluntary work with young people.Mrs Shepherd, 54, is a volunteer for Night Stop, which provides emergency overnight accommodation to young people too old to enter the fostering system.The right Reverend Michael Langrish presented her with a certificate and a trophy during the Devon Community Foundation awards ceremony, held at Bishop's Palace garden, Exeter, on Tuesday.
