At Bits&Bobs, we a new independent family run shop that has just opened in the old COFI shop at 112 High Street, Honiton, writes boss Nigel Swinburne.
Our aim is to offer real value to our customers on items that we all use in our everyday lives.
We stock products from microfibre cloths to toothpicks and sink plungers to cold drinks and are always looking for new things to stock. So If you think we have something missing then please let us know.
We decided to take the plunge and open in Honiton after looking at many other areas, as it was very obvious to us that the town was fully supportive of independent businesses.
With many high streets suffering over the last few years we are pleased to be able to open up one that is clearly bucking the trend and looks to have a good future ahead of it.
Opening a value homeware shop has been something we have wanted to do for a while so when an opportunity came after 23 years working for a major retailer we decided now was our time and here we are.
Opening the shop during a pandemic has brought a new set challenge but ones we aim to overcome and establish ourselves along with the other independently run shops in the town.
We look forward to welcoming you all to our shop and hope we have all the Bits&Bobs you need! We are open Monday to Friday 9 to 4.30 and 9 to 4 on a Saturday.
