A BLIND man in Seaton is calling on volunteers to help those with partial or no sight.

A BLIND man in Seaton is calling on volunteers to help those with partial or no sight.John Barrington Rowell recommended people contact the Royal National Institute for the Blind to see how they can help in their area.He said: "Volunteers can make blind people's lives that bit easier.
