Money to be used to enable group’s members to take part in social activities and outings.

Honiton Memory Cafe has received a generous cash boost as part of a community matters scheme.

The group’s chairman Heather Penwarden, Min Rennolds and Peter and Janet Gregory were presented with a cheque from Waitrose for £420.

The money will be of enormous benefit to the Memory Cafe and will enable members to take part in a range of social activities and outings.

They recently enjoyed a day out at Bicton Gardens.
