After being invited by the Pit Club to watch one of Radio One's finest DJs Brandon Block, I had high hopes of an unforgettable night - I was not disappointed. As I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly door staff and escorted into the club, which was already buzzing. There was a wide variety of people already there with a really friendly atmosphere. I started the night in the 'chill out' room, which had free pool and a sleek modern seating area. After having a drink at a reasonable price, I went downstairs ready for Brandon Block's set, beginning at midnight. I was surprised and impressed to hear that such a big name was coming to our area. Brandon played some excellent tunes and the dance floor was filled instantly. I was introduced to Brandon, who was very sociable and seemed to be enjoying the music and the atmosphere just as much as the crowd. After speaking to several people at the end of the night not one person had a bad word to say. All in all, a great evening. Thank-you to everyone at the Pit Club for inviting me and I'll definitely be back again soon!
