AN Axminster woman has appeared in court today (Wednesday) and pleaded guilty to a charge of theft.
AN Axminster woman has appeared in court today (Wednesday) and pleaded guilty to a charge of theft.Kirsty Marie Gooding, 20, whose address was given as St Andrews Drive, stole a bank card from an East Devon pensioner and withdrew cash from his account.Gooding appeared before magistrates in Exeter.Sentence was adjourned to 9.30am on Thursday, when Gooding will face further allegations.She was remanded on unconditional bail.
