A BY-election is to be held to fill two vacancies on Honiton Town Council, it has been confirmed this morning.
Town clerk Lyn Hargood said a petition from residents for an election had been received, following the resignations of Richard Gaughan and Jill McNally.
A date for the by-election has yet to be set, but anybody interested in the vacancies can contact Mrs Hargood on (01404) 42957 for further information.
